Thermo Scientific Lindberg Blue Box Furnace
The Lindberg blue box furnace provides excellent temperature control and superior Moldatherm insulation with LGO (light gauge overbend) heating. This lab furnace features variable heat-up rates to guard against thermal shock and with microprocessor control and programming. Users can store up to 25 programs with 500 segments each.
This box furnace’s Moldatherm insulation is fit for high interior, low exterior, and temperature contrast. The interior chamber of the Lindberg blue m furnace is rated for temperatures up to 1200°C and has an air vent on the top and ¾ inch air inlet for inert atmosphere exchange, for more uniform temperature control. A safety interlock switch will interrupt power to the Thermo Scientific Furnace once the door is opened. This feature protects the user from electrical shock and overworking the heating element.
