Dogs Painted To Look Like Pandas
Dogs were painted to look like baby Pandas. Those that attended the Orfei Circus in Bescia Italy were fooled into thinking they had interacted and taken photos with baby pandas. Representatives of the Animal Protection Party (APP) caught the fraud and after reporting incidents of animal cruelty. “At the entrance of the circus were two animals that were presented as panda cubs. The staff invited families to take pictures of children in the company of those sweet fur balls. But when our volunteers approached, they realized that those animals had nothing to do with the pandas.
It was, in reality, two chow chows painted black and white to look like pandas,” APP President Fabrizio Catelli told Giornalettismo. Though, supposedly the circus is innocent on the cruelty charge. Dogs are better suited for interacted to human company than pandas. They’ve had at least 19,000 years practice. The Italian Forestry Crop has discovered that the puppies’ only sign of unhealthiness is watery eyes, caused by the camera flashes. They have allowed them to keep the dogs, but told them they couldn’t display them. The APP are not happy with this, Catelli saying, “We consider it unacceptable that the animals are ridiculed for the pleasure of others, and not least for economic reasons.”
