This 3 ft Labconco Enclosure has a 99.99% efficient HEPA filter that works with the air in the room, drawn inside to prevent aerosols from escaping. The air is forced through the exhaust HEPA filter, recirculating into the room, no ducting to the outside is required, though possible for cases where applications generate odors or hazardous fumes. The 3ft work of the Labconco Purifier Hepa Filtered Balance Enclosure area is lit with an overhead fluorescent lamp and the tempered safety glass and angled sash give users a clear view of their work area. This ventilated balance enclosure is a great choice for applications such as weighing chemical and mineral powders, media rehydration, handling pollen, asbestos testing, seedling inoculations, and other procedures that generate fine dust or aerosols.
