The Olympus BX 61 Fluorescent Microscope is versatile and powerful compound fluorescent microscope with a wide variety of accessories that can be swapped in and out to fit your needs. Settings such as light level, lens and aperture selection, filter cube selection, and more can be set by using push buttons on the microscope frame, an external keypad controller, or from a connected computer. It sports a trinocular head, a built-in motorized Z-drive, and a 6-position filter wheel providing unmatched flexibility.

This Olympus Fluorescence Microscope is outfitted with 10x Olympus eyepieces, an Olympus BX-UCB Microscope Controller w/ Olympus U-HSTR2 control pad, a Marzhauser Wetzlar TANGO Desktop Motorized Stage Control Box with an 8-direction joystick controller, a Lumen Dynamics X-Cite Fluorescent Light box, all of which are connected and powered through an iBootBar surge protector. We include all the various power cords and communication cables you will need to connect everything for a complete system that’s ready to go.  The microscope includes 4x, 40x, and 100x objectives for a range of magnification.

Also included with this Olympus fluorescent microscope system are DAPI, Orange, Aqua, Red, and Green filter cubes, covering a wide range of applications. It comes paired with an AmScope MU-500HS camera and AmScope’s capture software on a Windows 10 laptop which allows users to capture still images, and stream and record live video. Other features of the software include stitching, EDF (Extended Depth of Focus) and the ability to make notes, shapes and watermarks on images.
