Peak Nitrogen Generator
The Peak N2 Generator NG5000 delivers ultra-high purity nitrogen at trace detection limits. This nitrogen generator operates with Pressure Swing Adsorption technology to produce flows at up to 5L/min at a pressure of 80 psi or 5.5 bar. This system is ideal for Gas Chromatography, DSC, and DMA applications. This N2 generator also employs a Carbon molecular sieve to separate out oxygen and other impurities to ensure ultra-high purity, giving you on-demand access to your lab’s applications. Having an in-house ultra-high purity nitrogen generator means the gas is available when you need it instead of waiting for a delivery. The compact footprint of this generator allows for more flexible placement so you can keep your work up and running.

Please Note: Buyer will need to supply their own air compressor, the user manual specifies one that can do 120-130ps. We used our own Cobalt 8-gallon 4.0cfm@90PSI, which you can purchase at any hardware store for around $200-250. PCL Nitrogen meter shown in the pictures is not included this is our testing tool to demonstrate N2 generator was putting out 99.3% pure nitrogen.
