The benchtop centrifuge accepts various rotors, buckets, and inserts, allowing you to adapt to your operation needs sold by Thermo. Rotors can be quickly and easily swapped out with the innovative auto-locking rotor system, saving time while still being secure. The quick-change AUTO LOCK rotor system of this centrifuge features easy push-down installation, no tightening of nuts or screws, and has the added benefit of making clean-up a breeze.

The Thermo Sorvall T1 Centrifuge has a 1.2-liter capacity with a maximum speed of 14600 RPM and a max RCF of 23113 x g when using a fixed-angle rotor. This T1 Centrifuge provides high capacity in a compact design to process many samples while freeing up your benchtop for other applications. This tabletop centrifuge is microprocessor controlled with space for four programs, five acceleration and deceleration rates, plus coast to stop. The T1 also can time runs between 30 seconds for a quick spin and up to 99 minutes or continuously. The motor for the Thermo Sorvall T1 is a quiet, running, brushless indication with a direct drive system.
